Like other 100% leather shoes, Lotusfeet shoes are not recommended for rain or snow. They may be worn outdoors, but preferably on dry surfaces. Please refer to our Care Instructions for full details on how best to care for your Lotusfeet shoes.
Our return/exchange policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you have received your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
This isn’t something we currently offer – we would love to but we’re too small currently to be able to provide this service. If you are just one size different what works well for people is removing the insole from the larger foot, flipping it over and putting it under the insole of the smaller shoe. More than a size different please get in touch on hello@Lotusfeet.store and we can see if we can help you.
Yes, we make and stock shoes from a UK size 3-8 in women and a size 7-12 in the mens styles. For Our Guide to size you can Check here
We know it can be hard to determine your child’s size when online shopping. The best way to get an accurate fit is to go by measurements, not just age or random size numbers that vary from brand to brand. Click here for a complete guide on our unique sizing. If your child is in between sizes, we usually recommend buying a size larger; the extra room won’t be there for long!
Order once placed on the website can easily be canceled as well. For creating cancellation request of your order online, click the cancel link which is in the My Account session. Only the registered user of the Lotusfeet can cancel their orders. Order cancellation is also subjected to the delivery status of the product.

Free Standard Delivery – Delivers within 7 working days. For International orders, it takes around 9-15 working days to deliver the order.

All our shoes are made on the same last or mold upon which the shoe is constructed. With the exception of regular feet, they should fit you all just as well! For more on sizing, visit our Size Guide page.
At the moment we are unable to accommodate custom orders. However, please let us know at contact@lotusfeet.store if there is a shoe you would like in a color or material that is currently unavailable. We are always open to expanding our options!
  • Personalized goods i.e. goods that have been customized to suit your requirement cannot be returned.
  • Made-to-order products.
  • Goods with obvious signs of use.
  • Sale items.
  • Any item not in its original condition and is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
