Return and Refund policy

Returning / exchanging the product is hassle-free. To return/exchange your product, Click here

Our return/exchange policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you have received your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Following types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged

  • Personalized goods i.e. goods that have been customized to suit your requirement cannot be returned.
  • Made-to-order products.
  • Goods with obvious signs of use.
  • Sale items.
  • Any item not in its original condition and is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

 

Exchange – Domestic orders:- Once we receive the exchange request, we will arrange for the pickup of the products via our logistics partners. It takes around 5-7 working days for the product to reach back to us. Once we receive the product back in its original condition, we will initiate the exchange process.

Exchange – International orders:- You will need to arrange for shipping the product you need to exchange. The shipping cost of the exchanged product will be incurred by you. Once we receive the product back in its original condition, we will initiate the exchange process.

Returns & Refunds – Domestic Orders:- Once we receive your return request, we will arrange for the pickup of the products via our logistics partners. It takes around 5-7 working days for the product to reach back to us. Once we receive the product back in its original condition, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 working days. Please note that the refund will be net off the shipping charges (if any) which was charged at the time of the purchase of the product.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
